COL’s new platform for partners will make it simple for them to publish Open textbooks. This technology, known as PressBooks Platform As A Service (PaaS), is based on the open-source programme WordPress and hosted in the cloud, allowing for the simple creation of digital textbooks in numerous formats. With complete control over modification, COL partner institutions can customise their textbooks to their particular needs. The user-friendly interface and adjustable templates make this an affordable alternative for open textbook initiatives with minimal resources.
